Robert is an Attorney practicing in the state of California where he advises clients on topics related to real estate, commercial contracts and regulatory matters. After graduating with a B.A. in History in 2011 he then obtained his Juris Doctor from Fordham School of Law in 2016. Robert has now been representing businesses both large and small in California for over 7 years. During this time he has advised clients in the process of leasing or purchasing millions of dollars of real estate, negotiated contracts for everything from intellectual property to wholesale wine and obtained over 30 cannabis, beer & wine licenses. Robert is extremely knowledgeable on the operational aspects of the cannabis business and understands the challenges that the industry is today facing in both California and New York.
